As UPS ASO account holders, we do not have the ability to process UPS QR Codes, Amazon Returns. Below is the process to convert those QR codes to UPS Labels.
If the customer HAS NOT started the return process
Open Amazon app
Click on profile icon
Orders
Select item for return
Return or Replace items
Select Inaccurate website description HAS TO BE SELECTED
answer condition of package (unopened, opened but not used, etc.)
type no in text box
Click Continue to return options button
Select where you want your refund to go
Continue
Select UPS Dropoff – Box and label needed
Click Confirm your return
Select share label with a friend
input store email address and click send
Print label off and attach to package
Scan as drop-off.
If the customer HAS started the return process and has a QR code
MAKE SURE CUSTOMER STILL HAS TIME TO RETURN PACKAGE.
IF CANCELLED AND THEY ARE PAST THEIR RETURN DATE THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN THE ITEM, WHICH EQUALS MAD CUSTOMER!!!
Customer will need to go to that item and cancel the return. Once the return is cancelled, follow the steps as if they are starting from the beginning.
NOTE: This process still may charge the customer $6.99 depending on the product and zip code you are in, but this is the best option we have found to convert to a label.
